Please be advised that from next month, our new automated recall system will go live. The goal of this system is to improve patient adherence to six-month check-ups. The system will automatically generate an email and SMS reminder to patients who are due for an appointment. However, for patients who have had major restorative work, a manual follow-up schedule is still critical. The dentist will indicate the required follow-up interval (e.g., 3 weeks, 3 months) on the patient's file. It is your responsibility to check this note and manually book the next appointment before the patient leaves the clinic. General availability should be offered, but the specified interval must be respected.
